Tuition Payments
When is my tuition payment due?

Yes, a payment plan is available for the current term.
I am an Arizona resident. Why am I being charged out-of-state tuition?

Why did my online payment fail?

Service Fees

Pima has contracted with a third-party company, PayPath, 提供安全的借记卡/信用卡处理服务. 服务费由第三方处理商收取，而不是Pima. A 2.85% service fee (minimum fee of $3.00)适用于每笔透过MyAccountManager付款的扣账/信用卡. The service fee for international transactions is 4.25%. The service fee is subject to change. You can avoid the service fee by paying with a web check (bank transfer from your checking or savings account).

Financial Holds
Why is there a financial hold on my student account?

Refunds
I am scheduled to receive financial aid funds. What is the credit balance refund process?

How will I receive my refund?
There are a few ways you can receive your refund:

- Digital Check: If you are not enrolled in eRefunds, an email from our third-party partner, Checkbook, 包含您的数字支票链接将直接发送到您的皮马学生电子邮件帐户，供您选择退款方式. 您可以选择“即时存款”，将原始卡交易(OCT)存入您的借记卡，或输入您的地址，要求将支票邮寄给您.

If you reviewed your MyAccountManager (MyPima > Students > Register and Pay > MyAccountManager) and see a refund entry, here are some things to check:
